Savvi was first established in Ireland in 2017, quickly earning a reputation for delivering excellence in professional services recruitment. Due to the nature of finanical services and the connectivity between Ireland and the Cayman Islands, we expanded to Grand Cayman in 2024, marking an exciting new chapter for the company.
Founded by Jennifer and Stephen, Savvi Talent brings together a shared passion for recruitment and a strong value system that puts partnership and excellence at the core of everything we do.

Jennifer Cahill

Jennifer is an experienced Executive Recruiter and Talent Consultant with a passion for identifying top-tier talent and helping organisations thrive. Holding a Master’s Degree in Organisational Behaviour from Dublin City University, Jennifer is also a certified Executive and Leadership Coach.
Before transitioning into recruitment, Jennifer began her career as a Chartered Tax Advisor, specialising in providing tax advisory services to high-net-worth families. This early experience honed Jennifer’s deep understanding of complex financial structures and strategic planning, further sharpening her business insight and consultative approach.In 2017, Jennifer co-founded Savvi Recruitment in Ireland, building it into a highly respected boutique recruitment brand with an international clientele. Known for delivering tailored, high-quality solutions to clients across diverse sectors, Savvi quickly became synonymous with excellence in executive search and talent management. A natural connector, Jennifer has a strong ability to cultivate long-lasting partnerships and consistently align leadership talent with organisational needs. This combination of relationship-building expertise and business insight has been key to Jennifer’s success.
In 2024, following a personal move to Grand Cayman, Jennifer expanded the Savvi brand internationally, co-founding Savvi Recruitment Cayman alongside partners Xiran O'Dowd and Stephen Chin. With this international presence, Jennifer continues to connect businesses with the right leadership talent to drive growth and innovation.
