Meet Jennifer

Jennifer is an experienced Executive Recruiter and Talent Consultant with a with a passion for identifying top-tier talent and helping organisations thrive. Holding a Master’s Degree in Organisational Behaviour from Dublin City University, Jennifer is also a certified Executive and Leadership Coach.
Before transitioning into recruitment, Jennifer began her career as a Chartered Tax Advisor, specialising in providing tax advisory services to high-net-worth families. This early experience honed Jennifer’s deep understanding of complex financial structures and strategic planning, further sharpening her business insight and consultative approach.

In 2017, Jennifer co-founded Savvi Recruitment in Ireland, building it into a highly respected boutique recruitment brand with an international clientele. Known for delivering tailored, high-quality solutions to clients across diverse sectors, Savvi quickly became synonymous with excellence in executive search and talent management. A natural connector, Jennifer has a strong ability to cultivate long-lasting partnerships and consistently align leadership talent with organisational needs. This combination of relationship-building expertise and business insight has been key to Jennifer’s success.

In 2024, following a personal move to Grand Cayman, Jennifer expanded the Savvi brand internationally, co-founding Savvi Recruitment Cayman alongside partners Xiran O'Dowd and Stephen Chin. With this international presence, Jennifer continues to connect businesses with the right leadership talent to drive growth and innovation.
