Meet Jennifer
Jennifer is an experienced Executive Recruiter and Talent Consultant with a with a passion for identifying top-tier talent and helping organisations thrive. Holding a Master’s Degree in Organisational Behaviour from Dublin City University, Jennifer is also a certified Executive and Leadership Coach.
Before transitioning into recruitment, Jennifer began her career as a Chartered Tax Advisor, specialising in providing tax advisory services to high-net-worth families. This early experience honed Jennifer’s deep understanding of complex financial structures and strategic planning, further sharpening her business insight and consultative approach.
In 2017, Jennifer co-founded Savvi Recruitment in Ireland, building it into a highly respected boutique recruitment brand with an international clientele. Known for delivering tailored, high-quality solutions to clients across diverse sectors, Savvi quickly became synonymous with excellence in executive search and talent management. A natural connector, Jennifer has a strong ability to cultivate long-lasting partnerships and consistently align leadership talent with organisational needs. This combination of relationship-building expertise and business insight has been key to Jennifer’s success.
In 2024, following a personal move to Grand Cayman, Jennifer expanded the Savvi brand internationally, co-founding Savvi Recruitment Cayman alongside partners Xiran O'Dowd and Stephen Chin. With this international presence, Jennifer continues to connect businesses with the right leadership talent to drive growth and innovation.

Xiran is an accomplished recruitment professional with a Diploma in CIPD Human Resource Management and a BA in Business Studies from Dublin Business School.
Having moved from Dublin to the Cayman Islands in 2018, she has a deep passion for connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities.
With a career that began at JP Morgan Chase in Dublin, where she focused on investment funds, Xiran pivoted to the recruitment industry in 2012. Her extensive industry knowledge, combined with exceptional people skills, has enabled her to build strong, trusting relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Xiran served as an in-house Talent Acquisition specialist for Maples Group Cayman, where she honed her ability to identify top talent. She is also a co-founder of Savvi Recruitment Cayman, alongside Jennifer Cahill and Stephen Chin, where she continues to thrive in her mission to match the right people with the right jobs.
Xiran's innovative approach and deep understanding of market trends have positioned her as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
